Production Administrator

About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Production Administrator to join our client's team - a leading manufacturer that's growing fast and needs someone to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and organizing batch records - scanning, filing, and making sure nothing gets missed.
- Updating key Excel spreadsheets with manufacturing data - accuracy is key here!
- Inputting Quality Control (QC) data like timber moisture and density results.
- Drafting and finalizing Certificates of Conformity for finished products.
- Keeping an eye on office supplies - if the pens or paper are running low, you'll have it sorted.
- Handling reception duties and ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
- Supporting with purchase orders, order tracking, and delivery notes.
- Helping out with any other admin tasks that come your way.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an admin role (ideally in a production or manufacturing environment, but not essential).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Top-notch communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A super organized, detail-driven approach to work.
