Job Summary:
The PreSales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on our existing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. You would be responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process. The Pre Sales Analyst must be able to articulate the company s technology and product portfolio positioning to our clients. You will provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution consulting with technical teams about capabilities and supporting business sales teams account managers and partners on proposal activities.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Attend virtual meetings/calls with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Deliver solutions and provide product support to internal stakeholders
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost
You Should have:
- 01 years of prior experience
- SaaS experience
- Proven Technical and IT Services presales knowledge
- Proposal and Tender writing knowledge
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to explain and present technical solutions
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills;
- Affinity for both sales and technology functions
- Good knowledge of HTML CSS Javascript and Cloud Infra
Qualification:
BTech in CSE/ECE
