Job Description
We re looking for an enthusiastic Outreach and Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role you ll have the exciting opportunity to engage with our diverse user base across multiple digital platforms fostering meaningful connections and driving growth. You ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts utilizing your communication skills to promote our services convert free trial users into loyal subscribers and contribute to our expanding community. This position offers a unique blend of customer service and sales allowing you to flex your relationshipbuilding muscles while also honing your sales acumen in a fastpaced digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with our user community through various digital channels including SMS email and Discord
- Craft and send personalized weekly messages to maintain active communication with our user base
- Promote exciting free trials and special offers to potential subscribers igniting their interest in our platform
- Convert free trial users into paid subscribers by showcasing the value of our premium features
- Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets with the goal of securing approximately 100 new memberships per month
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer information in our CRM system
- Provide valuable feedback on user engagement trends and sales strategies to help shape our growth initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches to user retention and conversion
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage effectively in a digital environment
- Proven experience in customer service or sales preferably in a digital or sportsrelated field
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms such as Discord
- Passion for sports and online gaming communities with the ability to connect authentically with users
- Selfmotivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Adaptability and quick learning skills to keep up with our evolving platform and user needs
- Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Comfortable working in a commissionbased structure with the potential for increased earnings based on performance
- Availability to work 20 hours per week with flexibility to potentially increase hours based on performance and business needs
