Job Description

As a Sales Engineer HR Technology you ll connect with clients to assess and meet their system requirements draft compelling presentations and provide valuable insights on products and services. Your expertise will bridge the gap between client needs and our tech solutions ensuring topnotch service and product alignment. From creating impactful product demos to supporting sales with tech marketing content your skills will drive success for clients and teams alike.

Job Overview: Gear Up for a Sales Role Like No Other!
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift Mon Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Fixed weekends off)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

Key Responsibilities: Power Up Client Success with Your Expertise
  • Consult with clients to assess and understand equipment and system needs
  • Draft and assist in creating presentations documentation and materials for clients
  • Support sales teams by communicating products services and client needs
  • Ensure customer requirements are met including product modifications if needed
  • Propose improved materials or products explaining the benefits to clients
  • Provide customer support resolve issues with installed equipment
  • Prepare product orders and coordinate delivery schedules
  • Conduct HRIS needs analysis and gather configuration requirements
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and technology teams for client systems
  • Train sales representatives for tier 1 demos and establish certification processes
  • Maintain updated demo slides and technology marketing content
  • Assist in research and development of new products
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: The Blueprint for Success in Sales Engineering

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Experience:

  • 24 years of product or salesrelated experience
  • Proficiency in PEO HRIS ATS TLM benefits enrollment tools performance management and LMS
  • Extensive experience with technology demos and HR technology solutions
  • PEO experience is preferred
