Position: German Customer Support Service Representative

What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional support to Germanspeaking customers via phone email or chat.
- Assist with inquiries technical issues and product/servicerelated questions.
- Deliver effective and timely resolutions to customer problems while ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Strong problemsolving skills and customeroriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively both remotely and onsite in Athens.
