Location: Hybrid in Athens or Remote within Greece
Salary:
- Hybrid: 1300 EUR gross/month
- Remote: 1200 EUR gross/month
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annually
- Anniversary Bonus: 500 EUR gross after 1 year

About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Support Representative where your passion for sports and excellent customer service skills will shine! You will be at the forefront of engaging with customers via calls chats messages and emails ensuring their satisfaction and resolving their queries effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer interactions (calls chats messages emails).
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions and build strong sustainable relationships.
- Deliver accurate valid and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Meet personal and team performance targets including case handling quotas.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts/documentation efficiently.
- Follow established communication guidelines and company policies to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- A sports enthusiast (cycling passion is a major plus!).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in support language and English.
- Strong active listening skills adaptability and a customerfocused approach.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client personalities and deliver tailored support.
