We are seeking a dedicated Italianspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to experience life in Greece this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support in Italian via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly ensuring satisfaction at all touchpoints.

- Meet and exceed performance targets contributing to team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.

- Problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage though not required.
