- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Review and evaluate operational documents including invoices delivery receipts and financial records
- for accuracy and compliance.
- Help ensure that all company policies and standard operating procedures are being followed in daily
- operations.
- Collect and analyze data to identify patterns inconsistencies or areas of improvement.
- Prepare summaries and charts to support audit findings.
- Provide initial observations and input to assist in drafting recommendations.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive audit reports that summarize findings risks and actionable
- recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit working papers and related materials.
- Support the audit team in maintaining accurate and updated records for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the audit team to develop costsaving recommendations and operational improvements.
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and propose corrective actions under supervision.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during audits.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate audit activities and address inquiries related to
- operational performance.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding auditrelated concerns and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in audit accounting or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel Word)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel for field audits as needed.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Flexible and willing to relocate
Salary is Php 645.00 per day plus Php 150.00 meal allowance
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
