Job Description :
- Must Have
9 years of overall experience
Primary skillset of Business Consulting experience and a secondary skillset of Project Management
1 year in Strategy Operations Mergers and Acquisitions or Human Capital Practice in a Consulting firm or other professional
environment
3 years of Organizational Development General Management
Ability to synthesize analysis recommend actions and prioritize next steps
Demonstrate ability to exercise initiative independent judgment and be a selfstarter
Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills
Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to use complex and interrelated data to generate insights
