Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns driving online engagement and enhancing brand visibility for technical or B2B organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
- Create manage and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms including blogs social media and email campaigns.
- Search Engine Optimization Improve organic search rankings by conducting keyword research onpage and offpage optimization.
- PayPerClick (PPC): Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve ROI targets.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns to grow followers increase engagement and drive traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Website Management: Collaborate with the development team to optimize the company website for user experience and conversions.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Proven experience (2 5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO SEM Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Certification in digital marketing (preferred).
