Job Description
- Prepare guests orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
- Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
- Prepares the beverage food and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels shortages and supplies.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Bartender with a strong working knowledge of cocktails beers wines and spirits in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
- Sophisticated communication and outstanding and prompt guest service skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
