- Responsible for assisting the General Manager/Director F&B in coordinating all phases of restaurant/outlets/bars/banquet beverage operations in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist in program planning and quality control
- Ensure that guests have a unique and memorable experience in our outlets with regards to Specialty Beverages Cocktails and Mocktails
- Maintain the services and reputation of the Hotel and act as a management representative
Requirements
- Must have at least 510 years of Bartending/Mixology experience in a 5Star or equivalent Hotel
- Preferably with a Bachelor s degree in HRM or equivalent
- Positive attitude
- Pleasing personality
- Good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of coworkers and Management
- Extensive knowledge in Food and Beverage
- Extensive knowledge in Safety and Sanitation
- Knowledge in Inventory Procedures
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
