Experience: Minimum 25 years in BPO sales or related roles
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for BPO services building a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential clients understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports forecasts and client records for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in BPO sales business development or telemarketing.
- Strong understanding of BPO services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
