TechProjects is a rapidly growing System Integration (SI) and IT staffing company dedicated to providing exceptional value for our clients time and investment. We offer IT services to a wide array of commercial clients from small businesses to large corporations across diverse industries including supply chain & groceries healthcare and financial services. Additionally we serve government entities at the city state and other public sector levels with a particular focus on social services school systems and higher education.
Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Contract: 12 months
Location: Trenton NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Short Description: Sr. level resource with specialized knowledge & experience in app development (req gathering analysis design development testing & implementation) with emphasis on Salesforce Force.com objectoriented programming & Client Server.
Description:
This position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce and integration solutions between Salesforce and other external system. The candidate will liaison with different program offices evaluate user requests document functional and nonfunctional requirements architect develop and deploy solutions and ensure that the systems meet the desired specifications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field.
Experience:
7 years of experience in application development activities including requirement gathering analysis design development testing and implementation with emphasis on Salesforce Force.com objectoriented programming and client server technologies.
- Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment.
- Handson experience with Salesforce configuration experience
- Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications
- Ability to communicate ideas concepts and strategies to both technical and nontechnical people.
- Ability to think outside of the box and design innovative solutions.
- Document application specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies.
- Develop and code solutions to specification.
- Ability to define the system landsape to identify gaps between current and desired endstates and deliver a solution.
- Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
- Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies.
- Execute all steps required to deploy/implement the application solution.
- Participate in a selfdirected team environment. collaborate with project team members and QA on development customer issues and security requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs Force.com SOAP and RESTbased Web Services APIs the Bulk API and the Maetadata API Strongly preferred.
- Agile development experience.
- Experience in Java J2EE Struts JSP Javascript.
