Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the interior design and procurement sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Sales Activities:
- Promote HM Procurements products and services to customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls networking and inbound inquiries.
- Convert leads into customers and retain existing accounts by offering excellent service.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to management for business improvement.

Product Knowledge:
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the companys interior solutions.
- Suggest appropriate products/services to meet customer needs.

Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update client interactions in the CRM system.

Proven experience in sales preferably in the interior design/procurement industry.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.

Knowledge of interior design products and trends is a plus.
