Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HRrelated reports using Excel tracking key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with the HR Head to ensure smooth HR operations and effective employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including labor laws and tax requirements.
- Provide HR support on various queries from benefits to policy clarifications.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall HR effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll compliance and reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and HRMS tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws tax regulations and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
