Branch Manager
Wigan / Bolton
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager in our clients store in the Greater Manchester area
Were looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a Can Do attitude with a handson approach to leading and motivating a small team.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Day to day running of a branch in a highly competitive and sales focused environment
- Having a handson approach to dealing with our traders and customers enquiries on a daily basis
- Recruit train and motivate a small team to achieve targets
- Driving P&L through sales margin & cost controls
You will be:
- An experienced manager with enthusiasm drive and resilience
- Always putting your customer first youll know how to build a thriving business
- A people person who will lead by example and love to bring out the best in your team
- Fun loving that likes to work hard & play hard!
Hours 40 per week:
Sat 9am 1pm / No Sundays or late nights closed Christmas to NY
Salary / Package:
34445.00 to 40000.00 per year Package Benefits
