As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to endusers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Monitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support to endusers and assist in resolving their queries.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Document and maintain application support processes and procedures.
Assist in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in test case design execution and defect tracking.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for data validation.
Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
