Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud. The tester will be responsible for conducting comprehensive manual testing creating UAT scripts and collaborating with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Smoke Testing and Regression Testing for Salesforce applications.
Log track and manage defects using tools such as Jira and Copado.
Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues promptly.
Manage partial and full Salesforce sandboxes for testing purposes.
Validate data migration processes and ensure data accuracy.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups and Retrospectives.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and align test cases accordingly.
Create and maintain UAT test scripts and QA documentation.
Provide detailed defect reports and test execution summaries to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
4 years of experience in Salesforce manual testing.
Proficiency in Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
Handson experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira Copado).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile teams.
Expertise in writing test cases executing them and reporting results.
Excellent communication skills to interact with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent is a plus.
