What this job involves
Role Sale of properties in Gurgaon and Delhi
The major responsibilities/skillset include but are not limited to:
Residential transactions for apartments in Gurgaon and Delhi Micro Markets.
Landlord representation and managing exclusive mandate engagements.
Lead generation client relationship management transaction execution
Billing collection timely reporting
To apply Must have:
Must have held a client facing role for minimum 4 years
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills
Strong track record of B2C sales and a proven track record of deal closures
Real estate transaction experience is preferred.
High energy strong business ethics
