Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for Product Quality of specific software products
Develop test strategy create test cases and execute tests
Seek to improve quality assurance by exploring new technologies
Use modern test tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness
Work on increasing test automation coverage
Requires Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Must have more than 5 years of experience in software testing
Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Junit or Gherkin and Tools like POSTMAN and Azure DevOps is required
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL for POSTMAN Tests and data querying
Experience in manual and automated UI Tests (Playwright) is desirable
Strong understanding of service oriented software development in a .NET and cloud based technology stack
Leadership and mentoring skills are necessary
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsible for leading the planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects
Define testing strategies methodologies and best practices
Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance and support
Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
Analyze test results and provide insights to improve software quality
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing technologies and approaches.
