Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development implementation and maintenance of SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with functional teams provide technical expertise and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty applications.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP CRM Development:
Design develop test and deploy custom solutions within the SAP CRM environment. This includes both standard and custom enhancements reports forms workflows and integrations.
Configuration & Customization:
Perform technical configurations and customizations to meet specific business requirements including customizing the SAP CRM UI transaction types business roles and other CRMspecific components.
Integration:
Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP ERP SAP C4C SAP S/4HANA) and thirdparty applications ensuring smooth data flow and business process continuity.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide ongoing support for SAP CRM applications troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Ensure minimal system downtime and smooth user experience.
Enhancements & Upgrades:
Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancements to keep the SAP CRM environment uptodate with the latest features and functionalities.
Documentation:
Prepare technical documentation for all custom developments integrations and configurations in line with project standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with SAP functional consultants business analysts and endusers to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize system performance identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance application efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules including SAP CRM WebUI Interaction Center (IC) and SAP CRM middleware.
Proficiency in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) for CRM and WebUI development.
Handson experience with BADI (Business AddIns) BAPIs RFCs and IDocs.
Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture including integration with SAP ERP SAP C4C SAP S/4HANA and thirdparty systems.
Experience in Workflow design development and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for developing modern userfriendly applications.
Expertise in Data Migration tools and processes (e.g. LSMW Data Services).
Business Knowledge:
Understanding of business processes in sales marketing service and customer management.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in SAP CRM technical development.
Experience in endtoend CRM implementation support or upgrade projects.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and collaborate with business users.
