Provide functional support to sales and marketing users.
Understand the business process and requirements of the team and implement and customize various modules (CRM Sales & Marketing).
Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues concerning the generated database.
Monitor control and ensure the sustained effective usage of CRM throughout the organization.
Play an advisory role with internal users in the use and interpretation of customer information.
Clean up and maintain the database and perform optimal management of the CRM according to best practices.
Be the guarantor of the proper technical functioning of CRM.
Experience in creating reports and dashboard.
01 year in B2B lead generation.
Experience in Salesforce/ Zoho/ Hubspot/ Bitrix or similar CRM software.
Bachelors degree in data science or other related field.
Strong communication skills.
