Job Description
Position : Virtual Assistant
Working Hours (Client) : Overlapping EST and IST Hours
Holidays : PH Holidays
Pay Range : $800 $1200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Client Overview:
Collaborative 3D building design tool (Think Figma for building designs). More than 4k users globally with renowned firms like WeWork Square Yards etc implementing projects on client. Backed by Accel Partners Foundamental Tiferes VC among other notable investors.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Schedule meetings appointments travels and accommodations
- Conduct market research and report on the results
- Helping track invoices and receipts for customer and internal payments
Requirements:
- 25 years of relevant experience
- Architecture graduate (preferred qualification)
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior experience in Notion Slack and Canva/Figma
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
- Flexible availability between IST and EST hours
