Position : ECommerce Analyst

Pay Range : $1000 $1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Role Overview:
The ECommerce Analyst supports the ECommerce Coordinator with the daytoday ECommerce duties across all client's ECommerce websites. The ECommerce Analyst supports the ECommerce Coordinator and Marketing team with the infrastructure and content of the company’s websites.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Listings
- Assist in updating and maintaining product listings ensuring accurate product descriptions images and shipping information.
- Regularly review listings for any discrepancies or errors.
- Customer Support
- Assist the customer service team in handling ecommercerelated inquiries for products and shipping.
- Analytics Support
- Assist in collecting data from analytics tools under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Help compile reports detailing ecommerce activities and sales.
- Review and update item pricing based on sales demand and margins.
- Website Maintenance Support
- Support the maintenance design and functionality of our websites
- Report any glitches or issues to the marketing team.
- Assist in updating website content as needed.
- Market Research
- Conduct basic competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and reviews for product and service improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- 13 years in a similar ecommerce role on the Shopify platform
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
