Position: Client Care Specialist
Working Hours: FullTime Monday to Friday 9:00 am5:00 pm CST
Salary Range: $1000 to $1400 (depending on the client’s final salary offer)

Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients handling highvolume phone interactions with professionalism and warmth.
- Sell consultation services to prospective clients and assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Address client inquiries in real time providing updates and guidance on application progress.
- Perform data entry document organization and general administrative support for the team.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls for sales and existing client inquiries.
- Assist with written and oral communications and act as a translator when necessary.
Qualifications - 13 years of previous experience ideally in a professional office or law office setting.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Dropbox and calendar management.
- Strong phonebased sales and communication skills.
- Reliable computer (minimum 8GB RAM Core i5 or above) noisecanceling headset and stable internet (15Mbps or above).
- Empathetic patient and serviceoriented approach.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and notetaking.
Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication and phone etiquette.
- Detailoriented strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High level of initiative and a teamoriented mindset.
