Position: Private Chef
Location: Rancho Santa Fe CA
Hourly Rate: $40/hour
Schedule: Flexible (can be every day or every other day). Proposed hours: 9 am 11 am for daily visits or 9 am 1 pm if coming every other day.

The Natural Nanny Collective is excited to help a wonderful family in Rancho Santa Fe find an experienced and dependable Private Chef! This family of seven (4 adults and 3 children) is seeking a culinary professional who can make their mealtimes delicious convenient and enjoyable.

Role Overview:
In this position youll be responsible for preparing school lunches and family dinners focusing on creating a variety of nutritious meals that are easy to heat and serve. The family does not have special dietary restrictions but appreciates highquality ingredients balanced meals and fresh flavorful food. This role includes grocery shopping meal prep and ensuring that all meals are thoughtfully prepared to save time for this busy household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning & Preparation: Plan and cook lunches and dinners for a family of seven ensuring meals are familyfriendly easy to reheat and balanced.
• Grocery Shopping: Handle grocery shopping for meal ingredients including sourcing fresh produce and pantry essentials and adhering to the familys budget.
• Meal Prep: Prepare meals ahead of time and package them for easy reheating storing them in a way that makes it simple for the family to serve.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized adhering to health and safety standards in food preparation and storage.
• Flexibility: Ability to adjust to a daily or alternateday schedule based on the familys needs while keeping mealtimes consistent.

Ideal Schedule Options:

• Every Day Option: 9 am 11 am Monday through Friday to provide daily meal prep and kitchen upkeep.
• Every Other Day Option: 9 am 1 pm three days per week allowing for meal prep for multiple days and efficient stocking of ingredients.

Requirements:

• Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Vaccinations: Uptodate on all vaccinations including COVID19 and flu shots to ensure the health and safety of the household.
• English Fluency: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for coordinating with the family.
• Confidentiality: Willing to sign a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in private homes.
