They are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to drive their people operations. In this role youll be reporting to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping HR processes ensuring smooth onboarding managing all peoplerelated administration and fostering an engaging workplace culture. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a highenergy team at the forefront of food delivery innovation.

Additional points if you have sector experience in the food or startup industry. Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend recruitment and onboarding creating a seamless experience for new hires
  • Handle all peoplerelated administration including contracts and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support the companys growth and values
  • Champion a positive inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement
  • Oversee performance management and employee relations to ensure team success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management ideally within a startup or tech environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to HR administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a handson proactive mindset

Please note that this is an equityonly role. There is no salary at this time.
