We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to join the AP squad at Resolution Life. This role involves overseeing the testing processes while supporting test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in testing operations.
Position:Test Lead
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all testing activities within the AP squad.
- Collaborate with the automation squad to support test automation efforts.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and processes to enhance quality.
- Mentor and guide team members on testing best practices.
- Must be a Mexican or Canadian citizen.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing testing processes and leading QA teams.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
- The position is remote and candidates must have the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Citizenship: Mexican or Canadian
- Skills: Good communication and testing management experience
