Location: Belfast City Centre close to major transport links.
Salary: 24960 per annum 500 bonus after 6 months.
Hours: Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 7am11pm (MonSun)

What you will do as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Deliver firstclass customer service over the phone addressing banking fraud concerns.
- Investigate suspicious account activity and provide customers with clear updates.
- Offer empathy and reassurance during potentially distressing situations.
- Work with multiple systems to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
