Description
Responsibilities
Support the daytoday salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow.
Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.
Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.
Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and projectrelated tasks on time within an Agile development process.
Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to clarify requirements demo changes and answer questions about system and improvements.
Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation roles profiles permissions public groups.
Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify merge cleanup data.
Qualifications
Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 35 years of Salesforce Administration handson experience with Sales & Service Cloud
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent project management skills
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of databases
Enterprise software systems
Zoom phone (management)
Good Communication Skills
Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
