Hotel Duty Manager will represent the Management during hotel day to day operation 365 days a year. The Duty Manager also assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations planning audit in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
The Duty Manager provides leadership and support to all members of the hotel departments and enforces the Quest Hotel Core Values and Employee Code of Conduct and implements Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.
