Store Manager Oxford
Our client is a market leading brand. Providing products to the health beauty and lifestyle sector both Retail and Wholesale. Due to their continued growth and strength as market leader they now seek to recruit a Store Manager in Oxford
Your role as a Store Manager:
- When it comes to the customer experience it all starts with you. Your role is to manage talent inspire your team and make sure every customer comes away with a great experience. It is up to you to ensure that each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a customfit solution for their needs.
- You will ensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget controlling expenses growing sales and managing inventory.
- You will protect customers associates and store assets by ensuring that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures as well as Company policies.
- You will make sure your store always looks its best!
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast paced hands on Retail role.
- Excellent relationship builder strong networking skills (colleagues customers wider business)
- Experience in managing and motivating a highperformance team
- Experience in coaching developing and growing team members
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
- Passion for working in a retail/sales environment
The Package:
28000 Basic Salary Plus bonus and Strong Package
