Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch Sales with a specific focus on managing and expanding our metal portfolio. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch activities ensure high standards of customer service achieve sales targets and build a strong team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in gold management strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the financial products in the lending industry.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a financial institution with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the jewelery/gold loan sector.
