Job Description
We re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to be the digital voice of our soontolaunch fashion brand. This is a rare opportunity to shape the online identity of a fresh designerled label from the ground up. You ll work directly with our founder to translate her creative vision into compelling social media content building buzz and anticipation for our early 2025 launch. Your role will be pivotal in crafting our prelaunch strategy establishing our brand voice and creating a strong foundation for our online community. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an engaging prelaunch social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Create and curate eyecatching content that reflects our brand s unique design aesthetic and values
- Manage daily posting schedules optimizing for maximum engagement across different time zones
- Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure social media content aligns with her creative vision
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for prelaunch teasers and launch campaign content
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to boost brand awareness and follower growth
- Engage with our growing online community fostering excitement and loyalty before the official launch
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates adapting our approach as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Exceptional content creation skills with an eye for visually appealing and onbrand imagery
- Excellent copywriting abilities capable of crafting compelling captions and brand stories
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours to align with US Eastern Time
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of current industry trends
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment
- Experience in prelaunch or new brand social media campaigns is a plus
