An esteemed Brisbanebased landscape company servicing highend residential and commercial properties is seeking a Project Manager to join their ranks. Whats on offer:
- Permanent fulltime position (inclusive of holiday pay sick pay superannuation etc.)
- $110000 salary
- Companyprovided vehicle
- Phone iPad and any other necessary equipment provided
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing multiple projects primarily in residential landscape construction and softscape projects across the greater Brisbane region.
- Managing projects ranging from $10k to $500k ($150k $350k is our sweetspot)
- Some experience in estimation and variations
- Conducting site inspections
- No programming required just efficient oversight of projects
- Collaborating with a team of likeminded professional landscapers
Requirements
What you will bring to the table:
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- Queensland driver s license (manual)
- White Card certification
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in using Apple software would be strong advantage
- 5 years experience in the landscape industry preferred
- Ability to adhere to inhouse procedures
