Job Summary:
- Develop and implement an investor sourcing and engagement strategy aligned with ITFD goals.
- Identify and profile investors based on ticket sizes risk appetites and sectoral preferences.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local and international investors including DFIs and private equity firms.
- Match investors with suitable investment opportunities ensuring alignment with criteria.
- Conduct financial modeling risk assessment and feasibility studies for prospective deals.
- Provide comprehensive support during due diligence ensuring adherence to regulatory and financial standards.
- Coordinate deal room activities including presentations Q&A sessions and negotiations.
- Monitor investment trends economic developments and regulatory changes impacting the investment landscape.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate postinvestment activities including performance tracking and stakeholder reporting

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Investment or a related field; CFA/CAIA certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical financial modeling and due diligence experience.
- Exceptional organizational project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
