Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Remote Precision Imaging Centers
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a healthcare Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our patients helping to deliver exceptional service and support. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls addressing patient concerns and ensuring the accuracy of account and billing information. You ll act as a liaison between Precision Imaging Centers and our patients contributing to an excellent customer experience.
This is a fulltime remote position with our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team working Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from patients with account questions or payments.
- Initiate outbound collection calls to patients with pastdue balances.
- Accurately input patient information into our customer information system.
- Resolve accountrelated issues maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
We re looking for a team player with outstanding customer service skills organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; some college is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a call center medical office/clinic or similar setting with outbound/inbound calling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle highpressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Radiology/healthcare background preferred but not required.
