Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the performance of essential IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implement IT infrastructure and services to support company operations.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 domain and manage all shared resources for the U.S. team.
- Implement and manage office network including remote VPN solutions and secure access to company resources.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices across all IT systems.
- Identify and implement ongoing improvements to IT processes and systems.
Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field and 5 years of IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Proven experience in designing and managing small office networks.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to provision and manage company IT devices and infrastructure.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA Sec or other relevant credentials.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment managing customer deliveries and collaborating within a team.
- U.S. Citizen
Salary: Based on experience: $75 000$9000
