Job Description
As a LongHaul Team Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods from Brampton to Calgary to USA (MI OH PA MD IL NE CO GA and TX) and back to Brampton on a recurring twoweek schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients.
Start Location: Brampton
Pay Rate: $6000$7000 per months
Key Responsibilities:
Drive long distances in a team covering routes from Brampton to Calgary to USA (MI OH PA MD IL NE CO GA and TX) and vice versa.
Operate wellequipped trucks which include amenities such as microwaves and automatic transmission for driver comfort.
Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and logistics teams to update on route progress and potential issues.
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections on the truck to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
Keep accurate records of driving hours mileage and fuel consumption.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of verified experience in crossborder driving.
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Experience with handling of meat or poultry shipments preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a twoweeklong trip schedule.
