Job Description
We are looking for a Production Team Lead for our site who will be versatile and ensure the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements including safety and environmental needs.
What youre responsible for:
- Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organizations objectives regulations and procedures.
- Sorting processing and storage of various metals.
- Coordinating organize and supervise their team in order to carry out the various daytoday activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followed.
- Taking the necessary measures to protect health and safety to prevent workrelated accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory and inputting data into site software such as Microsoft Suite and additional programs.
- Monitoring facility cleanliness and orderliness.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- 3 years of experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional programs.
- Shipping and receiving experience is an asset.
- You have strong communication skills can take initiative and lead a team.
- You have strong health and safety skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
