About the Role
Based in Queensland this role will support our upcoming New Brand. On offer is a Regional Service Manager position and your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:
Onsite inspection of service centres in the areas.
Guiding and promoting the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.
Promoting and guiding the service centres to implement companys policies.
Responsible for the management assistance and guidance of customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.
Key requirements:
Experience in aftersales regional management or dealers management.
Willingness to travel among different regions.
Strong in building rapport with various stakeholders and stay calm under pressure.
Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to apply strategic thinking to uphold the companys service standard and brand image.
Adaptable and proactive in problemsolving.
