Exciting Opportunity: Insurance Coverage Attorney
A thriving litigation firm is seeking admitted attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage team. This dynamic fastpaced environment offers the chance to work alongside wellrespected and experienced trial lawyers.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Experience conducting depositions managing discovery and assisting with trial preparation.
- A proven background in providing coverage analysis to clients particularly with D&O management liability and professional liability policies.
- Litigation experience including drafting pleadings motions and briefs and conducting legal research analysis and writing.
- Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings (highly preferred).
