Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll be the voice of the brand assisting customers through digital channels. Your role includes providing product details resolving delivery or account issues and maintaining thorough records of each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Polish (B2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
