Role Summary:
As a Marketing and Sales Expert you will collaborate with clients to identify sales opportunities and create tailored marketing strategies. Youll manage a portfolio of small business clients offering personalized recommendations based on their specific needs. Your role will focus on enhancing client experiences supporting both preand postsales efforts and sharing success stories to highlight our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) through phone chat and email to identify sales opportunities and provide customized solutions
- Use a consultative sales approach to help clients achieve their objectives
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to foster revenue growth
- Prioritize outreach based on each clients unique requirements
- Research markets industries and business models for valuable insights
- Leverage local business knowledge to develop tailored advertising solutions
- Offer personalized recommendations to meet client needs
- Enhance client experiences by promoting effective product use and assessing performance
- Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact
- Commit to ongoing learning to enhance advertising products and customer experiences
- Handle preand postsales support in your area of expertise
- Identify trends resolve issues and provide valuable product feedback
- Share success stories of clients whove experienced growth using our products
- Use various tools to communicate and drive success for clients
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- At least one year of experience in sales or marketing
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing technology and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
