Job Overview:
We are looking for a fluent Portuguesespeaking Customer Advisor to be the main point of contact for our Portuguesespeaking customers. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Bulgaria. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service resolve inquiries and assist with our web services ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will interact with customers through phone email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to our Portuguesespeaking clients by responding quickly and professionally to inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently identify and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys products and services to provide accurate information troubleshooting support and helpful guidance to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing updating and tracking orders as well as providing support for all web servicerelated queries.
- Technical Assistance: Offer clear and understandable technical assistance helping customers effectively use our services. A basic technical background is an asset but training will be provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance the companys products services and processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese: Native or nearnative fluency in written and spoken Portuguese is essential.
- B2 English Proficiency: A strong command of English (B2 level or higher) is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory. We are happy to train the right candidate.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a customerfirst mindset are key to resolving customer inquiries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- TechSavvy: Basic knowledge of web services and digital tools is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
- Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: Only local candidates will be considered. You must have a valid residency card EU citizenship or a refugee card (valid for more than one year). Work permits or blue cards are not accepted.
