Job Description
Installation customization and maintenance of DB2 for z/OS and related products.
Sound knowledge in SMPE
Excellent knowledge of relational database concepts of DB2 in z/OS.
Proficiency in using DB2 tools from IBM and other vendors.
Good knowledge of performance & tuning database sizing system support security and documentation.
Good experience with software maintenance.
Knowledge in planning and designing databases.
Good Knowledge in Disaster Recovery
Good understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.
Ability to perform diagnostics and perform RCA Root cause analysis.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Should be a team player with excellent communication and technical skills.
Provide a 7/24 service oncall to clients.
