Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our human resources team at a leading consumer electronics company. This role involves attracting screening and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of various departments within the organisation. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for identifying and nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multilingual highvolume sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.
- Actively source candidates through job boards social media platforms and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles and languages ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Perform thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and optimize as needed.
- Administer internal employee referral programs to leverage staff networks for candidate sourcing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing with a proven record of success.
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and social recruiting.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional proficiency in Bulgarian or another major European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Taleo or similar tools.
- Experience in multinational environments especially within the BPO sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage effectively with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and resilience to excel in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the recruitment process.
