Join Our Team: Bulgarianspeaking Recruiter
We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Bulgarianspeaking Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and connect with top talent across multilingual markets.
Position Details:
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Model: Hybrid (23 days per week from the office)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Competitive base salary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement highvolume multilingual sourcing strategies to attract top talent in various markets.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize job boards social media and professional networks to source and engage candidates.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions and languages.
Market Research: Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve strategies.
Referral Program Management: Oversee employee referral programs to leverage internal networks for sourcing candidates.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a talent sourcing role with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo) and experience in the BPO industry are highly desirable.
Skills: - Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in fastpaced environments.
Language Proficiency: - Native/Fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level) and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
