Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers if they have questions regarding the products or services (via phone email and chat);
- Managing and documenting customer interactions in our clients CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German language;
- Very good command of the English language (B2);
- Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills analytical skills and detail orientation;
- EU citizenship is required.
